BEAT THAT OVER-WEIGHT, LOOK GREAT AND LIVE LONGER


When one is over weight, it also means one is obese. RECIPE ONE: Collect lemon juice and chickweed (stellania media). Make a tea infussion of the chickweed and boil for 15 minutes in a pot and then add small amount of the lemon juice. Take orally trice a day. Drink a full glass, all at a go. This serves as a natural diuretic, an important part of weight loss program. It also put appetite in check.
RECIPE TWO: Collect lemon juice and leaves of oriental water plantain. This recipe can also be taken as a substitute to tea. The oriental plantain leaves, together with some water is boiled and allowed to stand for fifteen minutes. Then to be diluted with lemon juice and warm water and be taken half glass, just before bed time for a long course.
RECIPE THREE: Collect fresh celery, salt, sesame oil, chilli pepper. Chop up the celery and put in a boiling water for 5 minutes.
