While some people practice these graceful art with a lot of passion and joy, others see it as a challenge, an intimidating task and yet to still greater number of people, it is a boring sport……a waste of time. But alas!!! How wrong they have judged and concluded. If only they knew.

Dancing is an old age tradition. It is not on record of any culture without one or any form of dancing, whether artistic or without glamour or purpose. Whichever one you choose to indulge yourself in, is really worth your time and overall health practices. The health benefits you derive from dancing are enormous and can not be shelved aside. Dancing does wonders to your heart - keeping it in top and perfect working condition. Dancing also do goodness to the lungs too - opening and freeing the airways. Dancing frees and lubricates all your body parts, joints from cramps so that all muscles in your body are in unison with the body system - leaving you the most fittest. Therefore if you are addicted to dancing, sweat not but be rest assured that you are addictively healthy. And if you do not indulge in any major active lifestyle, then raw high energy dancing should help you a great deal to burn a lots of fat and excess calorie - helping you to manage weight. So you see, whether you like it or not dancing is good for you.
