Looking good, feeling good and living life to the fullest doesn't come easy and it isn't childs play either. It takes a lot of self discipline, sacrifice and will power to achieve great health, both in and out. Often times people pay too much attention on how they look on the outside than how they are fairing on the inside. The picture that is painted is that of great looking walking corps, ready to pack up at the slightest exposure to any health complication. The secret is that, put the whole energy on your inside and you are already glowing and exuding vitality and the ideal health you truelly desire. And ofcourse, people will not stop asking.............. hey! What's the secret?

Good health and great trim and fit body, goes hand in hand. You can not be healthy and you are not fit. While also you can not be fit and you are not healthy. It's either you have both or you do not have them at all. Finding a way to balance both is very crucial because they can guarantee you long life. The following four (4) principles, if strictly applied, should help you achieve that great health, envious body and fulfilling long life that you have always wanted.
WHAT WE EAT AND DRINK: It is a well known fact that food and drink is the fuel that pushes us as humans arround. Without food and drink, we will sure be inactive, weak and eventually die. But it is not just about eating and drinking any junk that crosses our path or what we can afford; It's all about moderately eating nutritious and well balanced meal. Forming the habit to eat natural and unprocessed food is an added advantage to our well being. And talking about eating habit, lots of people have bad and horrible eating habit. Thier mouth at all the time is at work, eating. Some will want to even eat any and everything at a time and the end result is the nightmare having diabetes, obesity, hypertension etc. So adopting a healthy eating life style is advisable. Also the quality of food and drink taken is important. Meats, vegetables, fruits and food rich in carbonhydrate are essentially good for our health. Minerals and vitamins like vitamin A, B, C, D & E and calcium etc, are paramountly excellent in boosting your immunity and giving you beautiful and radiant skin. Therefore what we eat and drink can either enhance or endanger our health, whatever approach we choose will determine the kind of health and longevity we will get.
THE ENVIRONMENT WE LIVE IN: Living in seren and aboundantly-nature-gifted environment devoid of any polution whatsoever is the ultimate environment that can contribute to the quality of our health and to an extension, how long we can live. People who live in poor environment have lots of health challenges to cope with. This people fall ill too often because the food they eat, the water they drink and the air they breath have seriously been compromised and as such quality health can not gotten. City life too is a hectic one. The noise, the dangerous carbonmono-oxide emissions from cars, industrial waste and gas flaring from big multinational companies will adversely have effect on peoples health and longevity. So if you truelly desire good health, consider living in places where trees, flowers, hills, gardens etc, sorrounds you.
THE PHYSICAL EXERCISE WE DO: Finding out time to indulge in some physical exercise is another sure way of enhancing our health. It is a well known fact that regular physical exercise puts the heart in great condition to perform optimally. Thus to have that physical fittness and the ability of our body to perform at any given time, we must be able to do some exercises like walking, dancing, play golf, lawn tennis, lift weight, do yoga, tai chi etc. Some people live a life of luxury and inactivity, even common walking do not cross thier mind and what they get is that they store up dageruos fat as if it is wealth. With each passing day, they grow fat and out of shape and into obesity, diabetic, hypertension and sufferings. So take time to do your exercises because it improves all body systems like blood circulation, digestion, building of hormones and enzymines. Think about this. A chines proverb says......if you want to live to the age of 99 years, then and please walk 100 steps after each meal.
THE MEDICINES WE TAKE: While medicines are good to take whenever we fall ill, we should also watch out the kind and how often we take them. While some non herbal drugs or medicines are known to have serious and unpleasant side effect, their efficacy can not be relied upon. Some of this medicines could do vital organs of the like the heart, liver, kidney etc, irrepairable damage.Though some of this medicines are a life saver and very important but they are usually very expensive. We can use this medicines, but under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist or doctor. We should also know that herbal based medicines is also good to cure common ailments that may befall us and cause to be sick. Herbal based medicines are common this days and are less expensive. It is advisable to use herbal baesd medicines because they are naturally made to enhance our health
