When one is over weight, it also means one is obese. THE GOODNESS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES


Have you ever wondered how the earliest man faired in terms of his diet? The only food he probably heated may be his meat, fish and tubers. The rest of his food, he takes raw and fresh and he enjoyed excellent health and he was stronger and he was fitter and amazingly he lived longer than the present day man.
